Ads will often run for 4 to 5 minutes each hour before and during films and television programmes. Ads will last between 15 and 30 seconds. Fortunately, new Netflix movies only receive pre-roll advertisements, so they won’t be cut off as frequently as older movies, which also receive midroll advertisements.

  1. I’m glad that Netflix is finally introducing an ad-supported tier. I’ve been a loyal subscriber for years, but I’ve been hesitant to recommend it to friends and family because of the high price.

I think the ad-supported tier will make Netflix more accessible to everyone, and I’m excited to see how it turns out.
